Mission
The Moderator ensures the meeting runs smoothly, on time, and with clear, fair handling of questions and discussion.
Role Description
The Moderator is responsible for maintaining the structure and flow of each meeting. This includes managing the schedule, pacing discussions, fielding questions, and ensuring that all participants have a fair and orderly environment in which to speak. The Moderator is the anchor of the room — steady, neutral, and focused on process rather than authority. This role carries no supervisory duties and is designed to support the group by keeping the meeting aligned with its agenda.
